My Issue/Suggestion

I'm struggling to understand how to use the "key" property of Selectable to determine which item I'm targetting, it's not clearly a reference to anything coming from my widget XML.
I also have a parent widget element that is also selectable, so I would love some clearer documentation on tiered configuration properties.
In other words I would like to know how to configure my widget to allow Selectables at multiple levels:
Main widget component has properties
Configured child list components also have properties but different from the main widget component
