Consider migrating from ESLint and Prettier to Oxc alternatives

Once Biome reaches 2.0 Oxc projects reach stable release, consider migrating to them. ESLint is very, very slow, Prettier has its own issues.

You are right. It's probably better if we wait for oxlint to come out of beta. It's all part of https://voidzero.dev/. This includes Vite and Vitest too which we already use. As for the formatter, it seems to be far from complete, and also it's aiming to be way less opinionated, which I'm not sure I like, but we'll see.
