Error handling guide

A recurring issue in our user community is the lack of awareness regarding tasks, particularly whether they have failed or not. In addition, some errors, particularly in batch operations, tend to go unnoticed. A typical scenario is when an entire batch fails due to a single "faulty" document, yet the user remains unaware of the specific cause or even the failure itself.

I know the information is present in the documentation, but I think it's somehow scattered in different pages, maybe a dedicated guide could be helpful for the newer users.

Thanks for this, @CaroFG. I think you're right and we do need more resources instructing users on how to detect and handle silent task failures. I'll find a spot for this in the roadmap and update this issue when I have a tentative release date.
