Warn if admin folder already exists in static folder.

Just ran into this issue. I set up Netlify CMS manually and with your package. Worked on my Windows machine but failed @netlify. Would be cool to warn users in log.

Another approach would of course be to just delete the admin folder before moving it.
Depends on your style really.
