[Enhancement]: Better URL Table reactivity in the UI to skip unecessary function execution

**Describe the solution you'd like**
When creation of Short URL is successfull, if URL data is already loaded in the table, add the new record in the table so we skip reloading data and function invocation to get the newly created record in the UI
