Mutating doesn't work with docker images lib/image:tag

Hi,
The mutating does not work with docker images lib/image:tag (example: bitnami/redis:7.0.4-debian-11-r17)

ecr-pull-through app logs:
2025/04/28 09:29:47 Starting server with TLS...
2025/04/28 09:34:26 Received request to mutate pod test:test-ecr-dockerhub-pullthroughcache-595d547fd8-

But it works fine with the image:tag (example: nginx:latest)
