I propose we add a helper function (shortcode or so?) to easily include an emoji-sized matrix icon. this would make situations such as the following look more consistent

• the image should match emoji in size, i.e. same width so things align nicely
• probably https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix.org/blob/main/static/assets/favicon.svg can be used as a base
