The rtld version bundled in fortnite v33.00.0 has m_IsPltRela moved to after m_pDyn in RoModule (thats all the changes i could notice, not sure where the rtld version numbers were derived from so im just making issue instead of PR because of the defines)

I haven't done any full reverse of rtld in around 3 years so I guess that makes sense... but that's going to be annoying.

I have been using rtld that shipped with firmware updates (I think it was from system applets? can't remember for sure)

Feel free to fix/extends the code for the new revision

I havent seen any system program that doesn't static link rtld+nnsdk into one NSO with the main NSO, I don't think the applets do either
