rescue_from: DRY-ing exceptions handler

Rails has rescue_from which allowed us to centralize exception handler. Should we implement this?

Given a chance, I can help try baking it into the framework. What do you think? Or perhaps, such a feature already exist in the framework? If so, please let me know. Thank you.
