Properly support 'prompts'

I have tried to register a Go mcp server and have added prompts (as those are the only thing supported so far via /slash cmds)

However, they don't show up; making me think either Zed's not adhering to the MCP spec or mcp-go isn't?

Has anyone else had luck?
