Marker should be removed from demo-store-locator when user zooms out

As a user, if I select a location at zoomed in zoom levels, a Marker with a custom coffee cup image is added to the map.

When I zoom out, the coffee cup Marker is still present, even though it collides with data cluster markers (and should probably be removed onzoom at a certain ZL).
