Just trying to get this functionality running out of the box, no exploration of or edits to actual templates as of yet.

Followed the installation steps listed on the main page here. With $g_use_mailtemplate=OFF, no errors. The moment I flip it to ON, if I simply try to add a note to an existing ticket (no assignment, no status change), the application throws the following:
Upon clicking back, the note written was indeed added to the ticket, but no email is ever sent.
Reverting the variable above to OFF restores functionality and plain text emails are again sent.
