Application error #29 Invalid value for relationship_type

Just trying to get this functionality running out of the box, no exploration of or edits to actual templates as of yet.

Mantis v2.27.1

Followed the installation steps listed on the main page here. With $g_use_mailtemplate=OFF, no errors. The moment I flip it to ON, if I simply try to add a note to an existing ticket (no assignment, no status change), the application throws the following:

Upon clicking back, the note written was indeed added to the ticket, but no email is ever sent.

Reverting the variable above to OFF restores functionality and plain text emails are again sent.

Please note that CasN, the author of the mailtemplate plugin, passed away a few months ago so it is unlikely you'll receive any response.

Oh wow, I had no idea. :(

Thank you for letting me know. At this point it appears there are no alternative plugins/approaches that I can find for HTML emails with MantisBT, so I guess text is it... oh well. I'll uninstall the files for this and move on.
