I'm encountering a compatibility issue between the ScheduledTickets and MailTemplate plugins on MantisBT version 2.27.1. When both plugins are enabled, the automatic sending of scheduled tickets fails or does not work as expected.

I assume you mean https://github.com/mantisbt-mst/MantisScheduledTickets.

Please note that CasN, the author of the mailtemplate plugin, passed away last month so it is highly unlikely you'll get any help here.

I suggest you try to troubleshoot the problem with your own resources. If you find the root cause submit a pull request with a fix, I will review & merge it.
