Authy for Desktop is no longer supported since March 19, 2024. If you have it installed you can still use it but you without updates and support. Because Twilio still updates the mobile versions of the app new updates are also shown in Latest. So it is not a general problem with Latest but you could add a functionality to check if the app is still available in the App Store. But I really think it is not necessary because it only affects a few Apps.
I either way suggest you to switch to another authenticator with active support desktop for stability and security.

You're right, I have switched to another authenticator, I just thought I'd point it out here but I agree with you... But something like a mention that the app has been deprecated would be nice
