Current behavior
In the Pages module of Plane, adding a level-4 (or deeper) heading within a page causes the sidebar’s navigation links for subsequent level-1 to level-3 headings to jump incorrectly. After the inserted level-4 heading, clicking on any following H1–H3 entry in the sidebar navigates to the next H1–H3 after it, skipping the intended section.
Steps to reproduce
Example: Adding the following Page:

Content A…
#### Subsection A.1
Content A.1…
### Section B
Content B…
### Section C
Content C…
Clicking on Section B would jump to Section C.
Clicking on Section C would jump anywhere in the document.
