clamav "WARNING: Failed to set local"

Greetings,
I have this recurring warning from clamav:
"WARNING: Failed to set local"
As the only solution I found the Dockerfile modification.
I also did some functional tests but I would prefer to avoid modifying it, are there alternative solutions through docker-compose.yml?

...I forgot to write that I receive the notification via an email with this subject:
"Cron clamav@mail [ -x /usr/local/bin/clamav-unofficial-sigs.sh ] && /usr/bin/bash /usr/local/bin/clamav-unofficial-sigs.sh"
