hysteria2设置了跳跃端口(30000-31000)，重启服务器操作系统后，所设置的跳跃端口丢失。

同样问题，reboot VPS，丢失端口跳跃设置，需要重新添加端口范围

update：
这是因为端口跳跃功能需要iptables，iptables的规则在内存中执行，reboot后失效，可以用iptables-persistent持久化保存规则
我简化了安装设置命令，一条命令解决iptables-persistent安装，确认，开启启动：

sudo DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt update && sudo DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt install -y iptables-persistent && sudo systemctl enable netfilter-persistent && sudo netfilter-persistent save
