[Feat]: Display Icon, Title and Description of Apps in the Main App view on Admin area

Apps on the App page on Admin side need to show following to make these more identifiable and self explanatory :

1. Icon of the App ( if added by User )
2. Title of the App ( if added by User )
3. Description of the App ( if added by User )

@kamalqureshi , some feedback after I tested the updates on this ticket :

1. We don't need to change the color of the Description on hovering over App. Check Apps behaviour on Marketplace for reference.

2. The logic for showing the "..." after the App Title should be updated. It is showing "..." for each App regardless of the Word/Character count. I think we can show the 1 line for the App title, and after that we can show "..."
