README.md from the plugin directory is not included during yarn build

To reproduce:
Create a new plugin using the instructions and change to the directory of the plugin and then change the README.md.
run yarn build from the plugin directory
extract the .tgz file and you will see that the build proces has included a different readme file

Found issue. It is using the README.md from the src directory not the root. By creating a symbolic link I solved this problem by linking /README.md to src/README.md
