List and table components are sluggish when scrolling, especially with the wheel

Description

The list at Size 2 in the dock example and the table are very slow (less than 1 fps) when scrolling with the wheel, at least on my Logitech MX Master 3. Scrolling with the wheel is somewhat faster, but far from ideal.

This issue should be fixed on #2013, you can try depending on the main branch.

It's not, I'm actually testing from a git clone (cargo run --release --example dock).
