How do you install the JDBC plugin? The goal is to query SQL Server from ElasticSearch and it seems like I need this. I've looked for hours and found instructions but none of them were detailed enough to work and there were some variations of instructions as well. Is there a step by step with commands documented anywhere for a Windows box?
