Integrated event handeling

I would like to propose and integrated event system.

This event system could replace the before_run and on_shutdown hook and would enable the user or third party integration to create custom events that everyone can hook into.
Also third party integrations could then also hook into events without or with less user configuration.

I could create a prototype if this is something you are interested in.

I believe we’ve discussed this before, and the PR you opened seems very similar to how the initializer is currently implemented. I'm not sure why we need both.

That said, I do think having before_run and on_shutdown is important—it helps simplify things for users and makes it easier to understand what's happening at each step. In an event-based system, users can easily get lost, and debugging becomes harder.

That’s just my take on it, but feel free to open a PR and we can explore how to combine our ideas.

Yeah we discussed something similar.

Maybe its not a good fit for loco.

I think there are other more Important things to do Right now so I wont do a pr anytime soon.

But at least I Wrote down my thoughts so we can come back to this when needed
