Yocto build error, please pick e9d110d into 3.x branch

Hi,

The commit 4c00dd5 mistakenly included the changes of bc526cc which breaks Yocto build with error:

arm-poky-linux-gnueabi-gcc  --sysroot=/home/zli/code/eo_v2/poky/build-v2/tmp/work/eo_v2-poky-linux-gnueabi/at91bootstrap/3.9.3+gitAUTOINC+c8980fbeef-r0/recipe-sysroot: No such file or directory

On master branch it has been fixed by e9d110d with Yocto recipe change:

EXTRA_OEMAKE = 'CROSS_COMPILE=${TARGET_PREFIX} CC=${TARGET_PREFIX}gcc EXTRA_CC_ARGS="${TOOLCHAIN_OPTIONS}"'

Please fix 3.x branch.
