make this the only order page needed

If you can incorporate the few features the admin>orders>edit page has, we could simply hide the core edit page links on admin>orders and use this for all aspects of dealing with an order.

The only features needed to add are map addresses links, IP address and referral display, lookup customer link, and Invoice and Packing Slip buttons. Those are the only things the admin>orders>edit page that EO doesn't have.

It would also be very handy to incorporate the ty package tracker mod into EO. This would make a unified admin order page and nothing else would be needed. Then maybe they would want to roll this into the core since it would be the best solution for order admin.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll consider the various additions (possibly broken out as separate issues) over the next year.

I have made all of the suggested changes in case you are interested in checking out a PR. I forgot that ty package tracker was a switch to enable it in EO. I also edited admin>orders so it only shows EO as an option, there's really no need to have 2 versions of an order page.
