fehmpytests for barometric fails

Re George, this VV test fails and is now skipped in the VV Test Suite.
The test is actually a combination of baro_trans and baro_vel which can be added into fehmpytests as 2 test cases.
Compare output from each to the output for VV versions.

If you use the "main rip.f' file under the ./src/PC folder to re-compile the win-executable, it passes the Barometric test.

Construct one or more simplified versions of this test for fehmpytests and keep the full version in the VV Test Suite. Some parts of this test work, but not the full complicated version in VV Barometric which uses input from other runs.

Output files from linux and windows compare successfully with manual checks in the VV test suite.
