1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I am in an intranet offline environment, and I have managed to resolve the issue with plugins from the plugin market using the dify-plugin-repackaging project. However, when attempting to use the built-in audio plugin in dify, it still does not work. Moreover, every time the project is restarted, I need to re-import the plugins; otherwise, it leads to missing dependencies and the plugins cannot be used.
