Option to evaluate CEL expressions with Kyverno's environments and policies

Will be great to have a mode to evaluate standalone CEL expressions with Kyverno's libraries and environments.

In many cases, writing CEL is a pre-cusrsor to writing policies. Its quickly experiment and to write CEL in policies, due to all the other items involved.

we need to add a lightweight “CEL mode” in the Kyverno Playground backend that uses cel-go to evaluate standalone CEL expressions within Kyverno’s environments (e.g., request, context)?
If that is correct, can you assign this to me, I can research and start working on prototyping a basic handler for CEL expression evaluation.

the goal is to support all CEL based features kyverno offers, like the different kyverno CEL libs, e.g. resource fetching, http requests etc.

ohh, so the evaluation is supposed to be done in its own CEL environment? Also, Is this really a "good first issue"? Like I am new to open source so can anyone elaborate on that.
