Gen 5 DLC Editor bugs

Describe the bug
I imported various gen 5 events using the DLC Editor on a save file dumped from my italian White 2 cart but I found some issues with the Pokédex Skin and the Musical

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import a Pokédex Skin from the gen 5 DLC Editor
2. Import a Musical from the gen 5 DLC Editor
3. Save the changes and import the save file back to the cart (the same behaviour also occurs on emulator)
4. On boot the Pokédex Skin gets immediately deleted
5. When selecting the musical at the Musical Theater the name is messed up in the menu

Expected behavior
To import correctly the Pokédex Skin and the Musical name

It translates to "The skin data for Pokédex has been erased."

The Musical name getting corrupted(?) in the selection menu:
The first four options are the default Musicals

Additional context
-I used PKHeX 2025.10.26 and downloaded the events from this repository: EventsGallery
-To note that while the Musical name is messed up it works without problem when selecting it, I think it just can't handle some characters (or maybe the length?) when assigning the file name as the title
-For this example I used "008 B2W2 - Bianca.pds" for the Pokédex Skin and "013 B2W2 - MELOETTAAA!!! (ITA).pms" for the Musical
-Lastly I also tried to import various Skins/Musical and even tried on a japanese cart but I got the same results of the example provided
