Missing heartbeat


## Current Behavior
Connection is lost every minutes
Problem appear in 2.29 but not in 2.25

## Possible Solution
Add a heartbeat to sdk to avoid mandatory inactivity disconnection

## Steps to Reproduce
Start a kuzzle in 2.29.1
Connect a sdk client with WS protocol
Wait a minute
Connection is lost
