Duplicated command descriptions for kubeadm upgrade phases

I noticed that each phase in the phase table uses the same description:
“Use this command to invoke single phase of the 'node' workflow.”

Should this be updated to provide more specific and meaningful descriptions for each phase?

IMHO, we simply don't need to have all those repeated descriptions above the Synopsis:

Currently, these texts are fully duplicated for all tabs for both kubeadm upgrade apply phase and kubeadm upgrade node phase sections of this page, with the only exception for kubelet-config in the former (it has a longer description under the Synopsis subtitle).

Using the phases of kubeadm upgrade apply, you can choose to execute the separate steps of the initial upgrade of a control plane node.

under synopsis is generated and comes from kubeadm <cmd> phase --help.
actual phase descriptions are when you click on a subphase button.

the duplicated text above synopsis can be removed.
but it seems like a generator problem as that text is also generated.
