LInk command doesn't link generated files

I have a link command in my yml config file.
But it's inconsistent and doesn't link files as expected. 
Sometimes it places files into the subfolders. Sometimes nothing happens. 
Build succeed and build failed for test target randomly fluctuates. This makes impossible to run build on CI.
