Remove the release from the bash code itself.

Support different releases. Remove the release from the bash scripts themselfs. (keptn-in-a-box.sh and functions.sh . There is also a dependency for the Jenkins pipelines inititated as code via the resources/jenkins/helm-jenkins.yaml
