Adapt the install script so the default installation is with interactive shell (easier for the users)

This is a note to self (or anyone that wants to tackle this) for modifying the script so by default runs as interactive shell printing the log in console but also piping it to a log in case there is an issue.

Adding flags allows for a easier customization calling functions.
