feat: improve entropy collection when using docker

The current entropy collection is SECURE for Docker use but could be ENHANCED with:

• Container-aware entropy sources (add Docker-specific entropy sources)
• Entropy quality assessment
• Better temporal entropy accumulation (consider accumulating entropy over time)

Why not just use secrets.token_bytes()? This approach is recommended by OWASP, for example.
