Yeah it doesn't seem like you can drag select whilst scrolling. (For me atleast on Windows Terminal) |

Yeah unfortunately it's a trade off - better UX means we have to use alternative screen mode which limits the scrollback. You can use Ctrl+T to temporarily switch to alternative scroll mode which make the system work a bit more like codex and you can then select big blocks of text. Not all functionality works in alternative scroll but you can switch back and forth using Ctrl+T at any time. It's still a bit messy, but works in a pinch. |

I plan to use codex to help me with writing some code especially being able to copy and paste from the terminal to rider for example. I've noticed that if I have it write up a huge chunk of code I can't do a normal copy with mouse drag to select everything, especially because the code is then surrounded with a box for visual clarity.
I switched to this fork because the main codex doesn't have good syntax highlighting whilst this does which is great! However it does make it a bit unusable for me because of the copy and paste issue just how I copy and paste on a normal window especially a long piece of text that requires me to drag my mouse downwards.
Hope I'm making sense, and is there any way to solve this?
