Need support for drop a file from TabBar into chatpanel.

Thanks for looking into it @nakul-py.
After a quick look at it, I can't find an easy workaround for that. It seems that the data available from the tab is only a factory to build the widget again.

I am thinking and wondering about Somehow we can make tabbar files draggable and dropable into the chat in jupyter-chat that it automatically work for @jupyterlite-ai

lumino defines a way to get the widget associated to a DockPanel's tabs in the MimeData: https://github.com/jupyterlab/lumino/blob/17321dd0210371c376a3d60efce743e9742524be/packages/widgets/src/dockpanel.ts#L1036

If we can get the widget, we can probably look into its context (if it is a DocumentWidget), and get the path from there.

Testing it quickly, the following seems to retrieve the path, but I haven't tried if there are some side effects:

Hey @brichet! After release in jupyter-chat we can also drag and drop files from tabbar in jupyterlite-ai. So i think this issue should be closed?
