How to use pager when focus on patch panel?

I want to use delta in lazygit to review a specific commit. Currently, delta can only be used before entering the patch panel. Is there a way to use the pager after entering the patch panel?

And how do i look at an entire file for the diffs?

This is a frequently asked question. Some work on this has started in #4332, but it didn't get very far, there are some problems that I find tricky to solve. I have no plans to spend more time on this right now.

Why are you entering patch mode if you just want to review a commit though? Is it for hunk-by-hunk navigation? Note that you can also press 0 to focus the diff, and then you can at least navigate by page using . and , (not by hunk though).

And how do i look at an entire file for the diffs?

Only by increasing the diff context size to a very large value (e.g. by pressing } a thousand times).
