Release updated version of docs

The docs currently available at https://django-rest-framework-simplejwt.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html are serving outdated data.

@Andrew-Chen-Wang can you trigger docs update action, or how does this work?

Read the docs should automatically be configured:/ I personally don't have access. This requires @jazzband/roadies to trigger the update.

Got it, thank you, then I will open an issue in jazzband/help to try to get the newest version release!

I've opened #917 to fix a problem with the RTD config, that prevented the installation of docs requirements during the build.
