[Question] Correct way to develop in the cloud instance

Hi, I followed GC deployment instructions and want to develop my isaaclab project in a separate repo and clone it to the running cloud instance. What is the correct way to achieve this? I tried cloning to /uploads and running: ./isaaclab.sh -p /uploads/my-repo/train.py from the isaaclab shell, however the dependencies seem to be missing.
