Using IsaacSim SurfaceGripper in IsaacLab 2.1

Surface Grippers

I am wondering if it possible to use the IsaacSim SurfaceGripper in manipulators such as UR5, in particular to simulate Suction Grippers.

Previous Issues

There was an issue last year with SurfaceGrippers with using it on the gpu, so before I try using it, I was wondering if this issue is solved in the current version.

I am closing this issue now since SurfaceGripper is integrated into the feature release for IsaacLab compatible with IsaacSim 5.0.0. Installation instructions are found described here
