MlFlow for local development

Hello all!
I am running parameter optimization for both the algorithm and the reward weights using the Ray integration.

I was wondering if there is any particular reason for which MlFlow is only used in remote development. I think it would be nice to also have it when running locally.

Thanks for starting this discussion. It is likely the MLFlow community would have a possible take on this. Maybe there's not a large adoption on this side of the RLers.
