update sharp dependency

The current install of @capacitor-assets fails

it seems the program comes from the fact that it tries to install sharp@0.32.6

Instead if we change the dependency to 0.34.1 it works like a charm

Hi @thery, how did you change the dependency? Right now I'm using this command to generate the assets pnpm exec capacitor-assets generate --android --ios.
