Add sycl_ext_oneapi_profiling_tag to the supported extensions list

The sycl_ext_oneapi_profiling_tag is currently experimental extension while actual products such as Pytorch rely on it in the shipped products. Can this extension be promoted from experimental to supported?

I expect that we will deprecate this extension in favor of the enable_profiling property in sycl_ext_oneapi_reusable_events.

We encountered an issue: I found that enable_profiling seems to be supported only on adapter v2, so it does not seem to be supported on Xe by default. If SYCL deprecates this extension, how can we maintain backward compatibility (BC) on Xe?

This already makes the code harder to maintain, as we need to check ext_oneapi_per_event_profiling at runtime for different Xe architectures. Is it possible to remove this requirement for reusable events when enabling timing?
