Add support of ZIP with Zstd compression

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Zstd has a high decompression speed and a high compression ratio. It's supported in .zip file format officially.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add Zstd decompressor to the extension.
2. Describe how to recompress the .zip archive with Zstd (using WinZip or 7-Zip-zstd)

At the moment it is not possible to do this.
