[Bug]:Navigation reloads with content loader causing usability issues

Describe the bug
When using the left side navigation on the website, changing the content with the content loader causes the entire navigation to reload. This disrupts the user experience as users lose their place in the navigation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the website.
2. Interact with the left side navigation.
   3.Change the navigation with the content loader.
3. Observe the navigation reloading.

Expected behavior
The navigation should remain stable and not reload when the content loader changes the content.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Operating System: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome 103.0.5060.134
