Is ARK resolution Without ROR possible?

Dear Sir/Madam
We have been assigned NAAN for ark, we set up:
• A user visits: https://ark.gsfnetwork.in/89611/my-document
• They are redirected to: https://astitva.gsfnetwork.in/my-document

Now when went to get this information registered, we were referred to identifiers.org.
Identifiers.org form in turn did not accept my request as we id not have ROR.
Is it mandatory for an institution to have ROR to have a persistent identifier for its digital objects?

If possible please help us in getting our ark registered, in case not possible please guide us.

Apologies for the issues you are having. It is not required to have a ROR to be part of identifiers.org. Although it is recommended. This was something we corrected a little while ago. Could you clear your browser cache and try again? Perhaps you are loading a previous version of the form.

If it continues not to work, could you provide the information you wish to request to our email at identifiers-org@ebi.ac.uk and I will check what is happening and make sure it goes through.

I tried it even today by filling the form on your page, ROR line was not filled and it did not proceed. I tried many ways, by writing and asking ark group and emails but of no avail. Suffered for a month now, and was thinking to leave it. The I got this GitHub link and wrote to you. Please see if it is possible and can be cone. I have already created necessary urls and trial landing pages. Thanks for your reply.
