Authentication mechanisms

Currently the connector only handles username/password basic authentication. It does not handle other auth types such as ApiKey

@chrispatmore I presume you are referring to authentication with elastic, is there a list of particular auth types you would like to see?

I am yes, and not a complete one as of yet no. However the one that triggered this in particular was support for API Keys
