OSM Trademark Use Request status #8
Description
OpenStreetMap Foundation has a trademark for Open_Thing_Map and to use such a name you need to apply for a Trademark Use Request.
I've applied for a Trademark Use Request, here is the timeline so far:
- 25th of June 2024: I've applied for a Trademark Use Request
- 12th of July 2024: Received a positive response from the OSM Foundation and that they are forwarding my request to the Board for approval and signature.
- 17th of July 2024: I replied saying thank you and that I'm looking forwards to the Board's review and approval.
