UX: avoid flickering effect when loading the table

When loading the table component, we see three steps:

1. empty page
2. column headers but no rows - their width is small
3. full table, with wider columns

We could hide the second step to avoid the column resizing effect. Maybe 1 and 2 could be replaced with a placeholder 'Loading ...'

Yea potentially makes sense. Except that headers come in fast, but sometimes it takes a while for the data to arrive. Showing something seems more user-friendly than just loading until data is ready.

The other thing to watch out for -- HighTable waits for the first "full row" of data, and then measures the column widths. So display: none would break that I think. (opacity: 0 maybe but that might be weird?)
