why tv_densenet121 and gluon_xception65 models are dropped in latest version ?

I was trying to search these models on huggingface, but not finding model cards. Why were these models dropped?

See #2086 ... tv_densenet121 remapping was added back, but its new name is densenet121.tv .... gluon xception was removed altogether as there are two other xception models in that size, including the closer to original TF port in xception_aligned ... did not make sense to keep maintaining the not quite right gluon one.
